applied online. Had a phone interview. After the phone interview, set up a virtual interview with the regional manager and 3 other therapists. They asked basic questions. Got the offer shortly after that and accepted.

How would you handle a situation where a therapist told the patient one thing, however you know that the correct thing to do with that patient is something else. (not the exact words but you get the gist).
Typical interview process. Talked with recruiter on the phone first. Recruiter set me up with in-person interview with district manager. Shadowing current OT this week and will see what comes of it.
