Online assessment to test computer literacy and customer service then an interview with sales role play. It was an overall easy process, interviews are guaranteed if the assessment is passed.

Give an example of a difficult sale and explain how you overcame their objections
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.
