It was very fast process for the first round. After the interview, they sounded like this will be final round and confirmation will be sent soon... which I got right away that they are impressed with me.. Later they said there will be one more formal round with VP which was scheduled right next day.. But, it got cancelled and postponed to later date. Then HR accidentally sent the same job requirement to me instead of another candidate.. During the call with VP, I realized it was just an eye wash interview for the green card process (They will have to post ads on all job sites, interview the candidates and reject them.. and prove the USCIS that their employee is best and get the labor certification as part of GC process)
