HR rep (also serving as secretary) was being chatty with applicants in the lobby as they awaited interviews. Asked them about kids, etc. This was a red flag for me since this type of info can be used to discriminate in hiring. Had to question professionalism of that particular team.

Applied in June 2022. I received an email to set up an interview with Hiring Manager in July 2022. It was mostly behavior-based questions. Didn't leave much time to explore my specific skills for the job.
