I contacted a hiring manager I met at Temple University who put me intouch with a recruitment manager. It got my resume pushed through and I got the virtual interview which was basically 5 pre-recorded questions, be careful you only get one shot. After the virtual interview I had an online interview with the same recruitment manager I was put in contact with. That was as far as I made it but honestly they only take 10 kids from the entire east coast so I was happy to get as far as I did I guess. The whole thing took about 10 days.
