Non-confrontational and friendly - behavioral questions are direct and it is helpful to provide as many details as possible.
Five or six behavioral questions.
Skill questions build on each other, i.e. how would you locate a network resource that is slow to respond? Answer - using ping and trace route, contact resources that own the equipment based up notwork logs as approperate

Straightforward and clear on what was needed. Easy discussion. 2 interviews with the hiring manager and then the team for fit. Good discussion and easy rapport to go over what they required and next steps.

Entrevista
Very straightforward and easy. The interviewer was really nice and easy to get to know. We went to the same college so had mutual acquaintances. They asked me a lot of soft ball questions.
Started in a short HR interview over the phone. Continued with a Manager interview by phone. Then an hour long Tech interview. A face to face personality interview. Finally another HR interview
