Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en AT&T (Los Angeles, CA) en may 2009
Entrevista
had various positions from management to non management- the hiring process was very structured. you had to apply, then got called for a test, then was interviewed by HR, then interviewed by management- then approved by the general manager before being offered a position. it was a unionized sales force so everything had to be followed to the letter.

Very nice, Hiring manager very receptive, 2nd Interview with the Director not so nice. He insisted that the Job was tough and did not give a Chance. He said he was preparing for the future since there were no truly open positions.

Typical behavior questions, nothing truly creative. All by the book.
The interview process was quite standard. Beginning with a screening phone call with a recruiter, I then was passed to the sales manager for a few interviews (2) and was eventually offered a position.
Questions relating to prior experience as well as personality traits type questions. There is also a scenario in which you have to go about selling to a business owner as you would in that role.
