Entrevista
I applied through my school's career services department by submitting a resume and a cover letter. I was selected an informed that I would be having an in person interview. The first interview was all behavioral with one case question about being a manager of a call center. The second interview was a phone interview very similar to the in person interview; however, there was no case question. The questions for both interviews were very similar and some were exactly the same.
