Fairly easy. Apply online, recruiter calls you and asks standard screening questions. Next step I had a video interview with 2 people that are in similar roles. Finally, meet in person with the hiring manager who will likely be your team leader. They are pretty desperate to hire people it seems. It should be known that I accepted the job as I left another one for contractual reasons and this will just be a place holder. They do not negotiate anything with your offer, don't even have the decency to pay for your parking not only for the interview process but also throw that on as a surprise a day or two before your start date. I would suggest looking elsewhere or even into hourly jobs if this is your first job out of college, otherwise brace yourself for living with your parents again or in section 8 housing.

Straightforward and quick. They asked a lot of product management question specific to agile methodology and how you can work cross functionally. Might end up speaking to 2 people at a time instead of one

process was drawn out. Too many interviews (x4) plus long waiting times between the interviews. Almost same questions asked at each interview process. Plus the annoying AI that is now involved in the process.
