Submitted application on line and contaced by HR. A few weeks later, I went through a simulation program assessment. Another week or so passed and I was scheduled for a one-on-one interview with a team manager. I was offered the position at the end of the interivew.

it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
