Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en AT&T (Orlando, FL) en sep 2014
Entrevista
There were about three overall interviews. (1) Phone screen, (2) testing at the call center, and (3) in-person interview with a team manager.
Phone screen was very simple - mainly just consisted of the recruiter telling you basic info about the company you might not have known, asking the "Tell me a little about yourself" question, and then scheduling an info session on the job role (I did not include the info session in the three interviews). After the phone screen and info session, they scheduled an aptitude test at the call center which mainly was a series of behavioral questions at the beginning, followed by a test of example call center scenarios. Essentially, you would listen to a fake phone call coming in and pick the best resolution based on their answers and input the info based on the software provided on-screen. If you passed the aptitude test, they would schedule an in-person interview with a team manager. The interview was very basic and it was definitely easy to over-prepare for it based on all the info online that people have put up. They just asked about your previous work experience and then some behavioral questions to see how you view or handle certain situations.

How was your relationship with you previous manager?
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
