The interview was with 1 manger and 1 peer in a meeting room. They did not require a live demonstration of skill, this was an in-person interview after the phone screen. They were heavy on the OSI model and having me describe taking a call and troubleshooting it.
Very similar to many technical interviews. Be sure to emphasize customer service!
