- Phone interview of (around) 10 min, discussing my CV.
- Interview with an HR and a responsable d'équipes
- Technical test to do at home
- Interview with the responsable d'équipes and a scrum master
The first physical interview was rather easy. As the position was ment for a junior, all you had to show was motivation and excitement. We talked about my career so far and I was asked the 2 first questions you'll see below.
The technical test was kinda easy even for a junior that didn't know much (easy college problems like code the 3 ways we produce the fibonacci sequence).
The second physical interview got into a lot of details of the previous jobs that I had: How these teams I participated were organized, what was my exact role and questions that were generally up to every specific individual's career. We also discussed the possible better answers to the technical test.
Even though I was not selected, I could see that the interview was to the point and they surely knew how to figure out which candidate was the best for them. Also, the whole interview was conducted in a frendly ambiance which was nice.
