The interview started more an hour after the time it was supposed to. When I entered the suite, there were six other people waiting to be interviewed as well. The first interview is apparently more like a meet and greet. No questions were really asked - the assistant manager just told me a bit about the position...all sales - AT&T and Direct TV out of places like Costco and Walmart. Just be sure you know this before going to the interview - this is how all employees begin their work with this company. Typically, there are two or three interviews before getting the position. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly.
