I was initially asked to read a script over the phone. Once a face to face interview was set up, you are led into a conference room with about 8 other people and one by one asked to read another script. As long as you speak well and don't stumble while reading you're pretty much hired. They say you have to pass a background check, but I don't believe that's true.
