Given a pen and paper and left with an exam which was mostly about IIS and port numbers, in the real world who cares what port everything runs under. you don't need this information in your day to day job. After the face to face interview, no feedback was ever received.

I was prepared for the interview for the two initial people. I know who they are as I follow them in linkdin. Just before the interview I find out there are two other members joining that wants to interview me too for a different team. This caused me off guard, and was not prepared for their type of questions at all. Everything I prepared for was irrelevant. The internal recruiter should of gave me a heads up too at the very least.
