They are unprofessional to the extent that it is disrespectful (some details of my experience listed below): - 5-6 months long process for 5 virtual interviews (30 mins each) - Some interviewers (managers, directors) didn’t show up for scheduled interviews, sometimes cancelled last minute, and when finally met, did not acknowledge it. - the process was a random setup. Interviewers we’re from different teams (no connections to each other), had no idea of where I was in the process and at times didn’t seem not genuinely interested. - Some interviewers asked basic, generic questions. Such questions and language that only an unprepared person would ask. - I was not provided any time or even contact info to ask them any questions from my side. If any, there were just generic answers The HR sent me a generic rejection email after keeping me on hook for 5 months. They didn’t even have the decency, the courtesy to provide any reason or feedback or a phone call. There is a major communication gap among themselves.
