Interview was OK. Job offer was a nightmare. They gave a deadline of 2 business days to accept the Job offer. The next day they shortened it to that day, with only a few hours notice. The Employment offer was a 9 page Contract, where they want employees to agree to crucial conditions of employment, not described or even included with the Contract. These conditions having a huge impact on the Employee. When I asked to review those conditions, they told me I was not allowed to see them until I signed the contract. When I tried to clarify this obviously illegal contract clause, they accused me of not trusting them, and then rescinded the job offer. I can only imagine how bad they are to work for. To any potential employee, Have A Lawyer Review Their Employment Contract Before You Sign Anything. Thank God I did. Legally, it is a hot mess.

First call, first question out of the gate from them was, why are you leaving your current Employer?
Not, tell me about yourself. Or, what makes you good for this position? This is obviously a Company that doesn't trust employees. That becomes even more obvious when you see what's in their Employment Contract.
