This was the easiest interview I have ever attended. The two interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. It was more of an informal chat than a formal interview. I was offered the job half an hour after the interview.
it was a smooth process that involved tas questions were asked following the STAR process. if you know what you are doing, you will get it right. Be confident, engaging and let them be the judge..if it's yours, it's yours.

I applied online and was contacted within a week to attend a group interview at my local store. The process was straightforward and well-organised. The session lasted about a quarter of an hour, which consisted of a short chat with two managers.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It seemed like they were mostly looking for enthusiasm, teamwork, and a basic understanding of customer service. No technical questions or formal assessments were involved.
