Interview was relatively simple, I applied online and waited quite a while for any responce. I received a phone call to say I had been shortlisted for an interview, upon arrival there was a group of around 12 and we had to wait and sign in at the front of the store. We were then escorted upstairs and told to go in to the meeting room. As group interviews go this one was relatively decent due to the interviewees being very friendly. We had to engage in activities such as introducing yourself and a partner and telling the group interesting facts about yourself. We were then taken down to the shop floor and rotated on different departments, it seemed basically like free work for them as we tidied the shop floor. After the interview, I waited around a week until I had a phone call telling me I had been successful and would be coming in for an induction the following week.
