Was invited to a group ASDA Magic event where we did some icebreaker activities as a group to test our communication skills while 2 managers were writing how we did. We then had to go out into the store in groups and inspect how the seasonal products were displayed, we then had to feedback to the managers and the other group what we found. After this, some people stayed for a 1-to-1 interview and others came back the next day. The interview was pretty informal with a few easy customer service questions.

it was a smooth process that involved tas questions were asked following the STAR process. if you know what you are doing, you will get it right. Be confident, engaging and let them be the judge..if it's yours, it's yours.

It was professional but quite relaxed and not stressful. The interviewers were friendly and happy to answer questions I had. They were timely and did not leave me waiting around.

I applied online and was contacted within a week to attend a group interview at my local store. The process was straightforward and well-organised. The session lasted about a quarter of an hour, which consisted of a short chat with two managers.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It seemed like they were mostly looking for enthusiasm, teamwork, and a basic understanding of customer service. No technical questions or formal assessments were involved.
