Applied online and received a notification for an interview about a week later. Very short interview with two managers. Basic questions were asked and then forms regarding availability were filled in.

When have you experienced excellent customer service?
Group interview of around 15 people. Very relaxed and laid back. 3 other managers taking notes on us. Then had a quick one to one chat, very informal, mainly about what hours you could do
Standard competency questions, interviewer was pleasant, asked about education and employment history. Ultimately declined the offer due to receiving a more suitable offer elsewhere but would have been pleased to join

Entrevista
Very thorough and they listened to me and answered my questions. It was a 2 way conversation that left me feeling considered. There were other interviewees present who were being considered for the same role
