I interviewed there in April, they seemed to be in a hurry to hire someone for the position, but then two months went by without hearing from them. I followed up in early June, and the HR manager said they were wrapping up interviews and would be in touch in the next week or so with an answer. Over a month goes by, and I decided to reach out again about the position. The day after I follow-up, I finally get a form response from the HR manager saying the position had been filled. What kind of a company doesn't tell candidates--whom they've interviewed twice--once they've made a decision on a position and leaves them hanging for several months? The most unprofessional handling I've ever seen!
