I was recommended by a friend to apply online and initially there was a phone inrerview, which is general question about you. Then on the second phone interview they will ask you about your experience and the general technology you are applied for, and on the third face to face technical interview you will be asked to specifixally explain your technical knowledge relared to the job you are applied for.

It's really disappointing after having this interview, It is quite unprofessional, especially since I took a day off work to drive the onsite interview. This company had just given me a straightforward rejection. What a waste of time.

The Interview process went phenomenal - I was flown from out-to-state to Dulles, VA for the on-site interview. I met with one of the Senior Developers, VP of Sales, CIO, and CEO of the company and the entire process went smoothly. They asked me to talk about my background, why I switched careers and what fascinated me about transitioning into the development environment. Next, I was asked to talk about my past coding projects and the technology stacks I used. The tail end of the interview ended up with myself and the CEO going into the codebase and take a look at the current framework the company uses as well as talk more about the new features of Javascript (ES6). It was really fun and immersive to have a conversation about code with the CEO because his passion is extremely apparent when doing so.
