Started with a recruiter and spoke through my skills, experience, salary range and goals. Then scheduled a phone interview with a Director of HR. The next step was a face-to-face interview with the CEO of the company. At the completion of the interview, the recruiter called me back to let me know the status and that they would have an answer within the few weeks. Less than two weeks later, I get a phone call with the offer.
