Entrevista
1. Screening interview - basic HR questions to get to know you better and make sure you are good fit for the role.
2. Technical Interview with CTO and Network Engineer - get to know your manager and co-workers. This allowed them to ask more technical questions to make sure candidate is a good fit for the role and knows what they are talking about. They allowed time to answer questions about the company and role responsibilities.
3. Technical lab - skill demonstration and prove you know to troubleshoot issues.

Interview process was pretty standard for the tech industry. HR screening, introducing yourself and technical interview with other engineers, and a networking skills lab to prove you know what you are doing.
