I have applied online by submitting my CV and a covering letter. After a few days I received an email for a telephone interview invitation. I was prepared for this interview with couple of questions in order to be ready for answering any question and finally when they called for the interview they just asked me where am I living, if I have fully UK license and what my degree grade is; things that were already in my application. I was surprised the next day when they emailed me that I haven't been selected for the next stage.
