ARC Document solution called me for Android Mobile Team Lead / architect . I reached on the schedule time. After few mins later they have called me for an interview on the Technical Manager Room. The manager asked me some application wise questions and after that he called someone who has technical proficiency. Manager told him to ask me technical question in front of him. So he asked me some technical questions and I have answered all the questions and after 30 mins he told Manager that he is good with that. So the manager told me why I want to change my present company and what ARC generally working and what will be the my role. I have listened all the things and asked few questions as well. He was pleased and asked me for my current company's notice period. After that he told me please seat outside, HR professional will talk to you. HR was asking for to reduce the notice period and salary. So I told her NP is not in my hand ( later I have heard ARC also has 90 days NP ) but I can request to manager. She send me a mail asking for documents on the same day in front of me and it happens more that 2 wks ago but still neither they contact with me nor reply to my mail. At leaset a minimum response candidate can expect when had asked for documents. I am not happy the way the communicate with me.
