After the 2nd stage of recruitment interviews, which took 2 hours, an unpaid task was sent for completion, which I estimate would take an additional 2 hours. Before I began working on it, I asked a question requesting confirmation of the job conditions: "Please officially confirm that the task is related to the full-time position 'Recruiter/Sourcer' that we discussed during the first interview and the current one, where the salary range accepted by you was XXX monthly." After more than 2 weeks without any response, I received information saying, "It is definitely a full-time position, but unfortunately, we will not be able to offer such a salary." WHY then is APN Promise speaking with me during the 2nd round of recruitment, where I had to spend an hour of my time, and after this stage, they additionally sent me a task to complete, which would have practically been done if not for my question about confirmation? I remind you that financial expectations were VERY CLEARLY stated during the first stage and the conversation. This is a waste of the candidate's time and a very unprofessional approach from APN Promise. I now understand what the recruiter meant during the first stage of the interview when she told me that there is a "very chaotic environment at the moment." The candidate experience is terrible. Good thing I didn’t complete the task for nothing over these 2 weeks.
