Very casual interview. The building was nice. The interviewers were friendly. However, I was told I didn’t get the position because I didn’t answer any of the questions that were asked in the interview. I was not asked one behavioral question. The interview consisted of reviewing my resume and talking about the company. The HR lady was very rude and inconsiderate . The position has been posted for awhile. I believe there needs to be a better hiring process or they are extremely picky when choosing a candidate.
