HR manager called me to schedule an appointment. The interview took place at HQ in Washington, DC. The process took me about 20-30 minutes. In two weeks, HR manager contacted me and asked if I am still interested to interview with executive director; she interviewed me approximately 15 minutes and my second interview was more casual than the first one.
