Only a phone interview that was recorded was required. During the interview, you had to speak of your qualifications as a teacher and previous experiences. Also, you had to highlight your knowledge of the SAT and other standardized tests. Lastly, quick personality/psychological questions were asked that were not difficult to answer as long as you are sane.
