Pretty quick process. Received phone call for interview. Went in and interviewed with the Administrator was offered employment the next day. That's when it threw me off. I was still thankful for the opportunity though. Orientation lasted for about a week as we went through all the policies and procedures and orientation stuff. Health Care benefits, 401K, is not offered as well, but $100 is offered after your probationary period could be applied to your health care coverage if you chose to opt-in the market place. I knew then that it was probably not going to work out since those are important benefits to a job.
