The interview was over the phone. The position is primarily one of sales, so most all questions were geared towards my sales abilities, history etc. The interview was conducted by the regional mgr. who would have been my immediate supervisor, but he left the position before I actually started.

Over the phone and via the internet. The job was offered to me in lieu of a raise. Their way of giving me an "atta boy". I wish now I never took the job
