Poor candidate management process, poor communication and updates. I was asked to attend an interview - given a couple of days notice. Moved my whole schedule to attend, booking time off with current employer.
Interview itself with the Client Services Manager went really well and professional, however poor management from the 'Recruitment Business Partner' who initially booked me in for the interview.
Told I was successful to final stage interviews - I had 2 other offers on the table at the time. Second interview booked - I received an email to say this had to be rescheduled. I chased for the new schedule for a week so I could get back to the offers I had. Heard nothing back.
Finally managed to get hold of the 'Recruitment Business Partner' and I was told that after 2 weeks of waiting and losing one of the offers (due to waiting for a reply) that I may not have made it to final stage interviews!
Disgusting and unprofessional. I have been in recruitment for several years and I have never known treatment like it.
Would not recommend at all.
Shame since the meeting with the interviewer went really well. Need to address how to effectively manage their candidate pool and work on educating some recruiters the art of Recruitment!
Great and quick interviewing process, 1 screening call and 2 interview rounds: with future manager and the manager's manager. Screening call lasted around half an hour with general questions in English (motivation, salary expectation and possible start date), interview included competency-based and sof skill-focused questions

Entrevista
The interviews went smoothly but with extremely large batch of documentation required. There were 3 rounds if interviews, the communication with everyone was cool, easy and straight forward. It also went pretty quickly.
Very straight forward questions. Focus on experience. It was 1 phone interview with a recruiter, 1 video call with a client and 1 face to face meeting with the hiring manager.
