They called me the day after being referred by my friend. I didn't answer the phone, and they mailed me to ask for a convenient time. They later called at an appointed hour. Phone screen took 30 mins. Basic questions about company and why do I want to work for them. I also had to take English test - it seemed tailored to check behaviour more than actual skill. I got invited to a face2face interview with two Team Leaders. One of them lead the conversation while the other didn't appear interested at all. I thought it went well at fist, but they told me that I may be bored at the position I applied for and informed me about a possible option for another position which could be more suited for me - that itself made me feel like this is not going to happen so I was not surprised to hear they had no offer for me. Wish they would call/email me about it - instead I had to inquire.
