HR phone interview plus two in person interviews, one with department manager/direct supervisor and one with operations supervisor. HR was approximately 30 minutes, and each of the others was an hour. In person also included more time with HR and a short session with a department peer. The management view of the company culture and the job itself was very different from what I found when I arrived in the job.
