Called and was advised to print application off website and bring or mail completed application to Headquarters. Drove to headquarters and dropped off application. Called once week one with no response. Called twice week two and finally got interview. Had Interview and waited two weeks for offer. During interview I was given multiple questions from four different individuals on the panel. Each panel member would take notes on every answer if it was there question or another members question. Interviewers made whispering comments among themselves which was very unprofessional in my opinion. The process was not inviting or comfortable but more like I was being questioned in a court case.

The interview was professional and engaging. The interviewer asked relevant clinical questions, focusing on real-world EMS scenarios. They valued both medical knowledge and compassion. I felt respected and heard throughout. It reinforced my desire to join the team and serve the community. A truly positive and motivating experience.
