A recruiter reached out to me about an opportunity. I completed an application on their website and had a first interview with the recruiter. My 2nd interview was with a colleague, which was very helpful to get insights about the job. After this interview, I completed an assessment and filled in a word document with written responses to interview questions. Though that was time consuming, I really appreciated the opportunity to give detailed answers and to have time to think about my responses. It was refreshing. My 3rd interview was with my Director, and it was fairly informal (just getting to know each other and discussing goals and styles). The final "interview" was with my Director and Vice President. This was mainly to make sure the culture fit was there. Throughout the entire process, everyone was up front about industry and economic challenges. I truly appreciated the sincere candor and transparency. This was lacking at my last company and with other companies I researched. I'm very excited about joining the AMN Healthcare family!
