Really easy, on phone interview and one in person interview. Applied online with a resume and cover letter, received a phone call later with a recruiter and was asked a few questions about my resume. He then invited me in for an in person interview where I met my future manager and the woman I would be shadowing. Pretty straight forward and easy, definitely what I expected and felt as comfortable as I could in an interview.
