I applied online and a recruiter immediately reached out to see if my skills fit those of various hospital. The process was fairly quick. I submitted my resume, two references, and depending in the hospital I would have a phone interview and a skills checklist prior starting.

Voicemail style interview questionnaire. A prerecorded question is asked followed by a beep and you record your answer. The one interview allow them to automatically book you at various hospitals.

It's a strange thing that they do with their screening. You take a test and then a pre-recording comes on and you have to answer questions. The recording goes on another question in two minutes so you have to think about what you're saying and that is very difficult sometimes

Just a lot of me calling and calling and getting passed around to several recruiters. Just a waste of everyone's time. They make you record a fake interview that tells nothing about what the actual place is like.
