Was called by recruiter was asked some simple questions. Filled out a skills checklist and gave 3 references. I was offered a position the next day. Everyone was very nice, I had to submit my licenses and have a background check. I also took a drug test (urine) and a TB test. I had to give all my immunizations. This was very easy. I also had to pass several EKG tests and do many hours of modules on health stream.
