I was part of a very large group interview. I went in with about 12 other applicants. It was a 4 step interview process. I was interview over the phone by their Talent acquisition department initially. I was then scheduled to come into the building. Directors and Managers were in offices and they did the first interview after being quickly briefed on the company in a group setting. Next I was moved onto a third interview, this one was 1 on 1 and included a role play. After I was moved on to shadow with a recruiter. The next day I was called and offered the position.
