I applied online through glassdoor, and received an email several days later stating they'd like a phone screen/interview. I selected the phone interview 2 days from reading the email. I selected 230pm and anxiously waited by the phone.. time went by and still no call after 36 minutes. Typically a phone interviewer will call only a few minutes past the selected time but not more than 10 minutes late? This shows that the recruiters are irresponsible or unprofessional in managing interviews.
