Asked mostly questions about my background and not so much about skill fit for the job I would eventually be doing. I wasn't really asked any questions that I perceived as behavioral questions. One of my interviewers verbally stumbled and got embarrassed and shutdown for the remainder of the interview. I found it odd that they didn't ask for college transcripts and only required a photo copy of you college diploma; That struck me as a really bad practice.
