They were very persistent trying to contact me after finding my resume on a job search site. I was scheduled for an interview and received 2 e-mails, 2 phone calls and a text message to remind me/confirm the interview. Two of the follow ups being after I had confirmed the interview for the second time. The first interview was supposed to put a face to the resume and last a total of 15 minutes. Upon arrival they had me fill out a application and questionnaire that asked various questions. -What are 5 Types of Marketing? -What are your goals for the next 5 years? -What motivates you? After completing the questions we had the 1-1 interview-my interviewer was distracted and wanted to know if I made it to the second interview when could I come in-the following day and if I got the job how soon could I start? The second interview was a full day shadowing which is cool-but I am currently employed and couldn't just at the drop of a hat take off.
