Interview was over zoom, all questions about the number of prospect outbound calls that you do which is very strange. This is the only KPI they cared about during the interview. They didn’t bother about the revenue to be generated; all about the number of calls on daily basis. They said that they will send an offer then a two-weeks training before starting, I received an email asking for references and pay-slips to send the offer for the job, suddenly another email the day after saying that they prefer someone else and offering another totally different job without mentioning to JD or any details. The options I have is to accept the new mysterious job!! They don’t respond to emails afterwards.

One face to face interview, and 3 phone interviews. The strange thing was that the first question asked by both the HR Director and the CEO was if I would be willing to travel internationally at short notice. In the 6 months that I have been here I have not traveled once!!
