After initial conversation with the recruiter she committed to providing the interview schedule after checking with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, this is where the communication breakdown began. Despite multiple follow-ups I did not receive any updates or responses from the recruiter. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, especially after being promised an update. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the company's hiring process and overall candidate experience.
