Called up for an in-person interview a few days after applying online. Had a team of 3 interview me. 2 Programming questions (1 where I had to interpret code, the other one I had to write in whatever language I liked) and 3 behavioral-type questions.

Entrevista
Very friendly, very welcoming, a relaxing atmosphere. Asked about the past experience of managing activities and communications with people. They have an idea of what kind of person you are simply from talking to you.
