3 interviews over 3 hours. One with hiring manager, one technical, one with a project manager. Interview was of average difficulty and the interviewers were friendly. Not a high pressure environment.

To be frank this was one of the worst interview experience I had ever faced.
So the Main Question here is " How can someone decide if the other person is a Great/Perfect match or not in less that 10 min when the Interviewer has no time to hear the answer's/explanation and is in a hurry to Catch a flight".
The Interview was set at 9 AM CT and the interviewer called me 15 min early and says Hi ... I am sorry that i called you 15 min early, but I have to catch a flight and so tying to finish this Interview and forgot to reschedule. I said its fine Sir and he started the Interview. During the interview, (2 Min) with the "I have to catch the flight explanation" ; 2 min on the JD explanation and then he asks me just 2 questions about and gives me around "6-7 min" to explain the both,which I answered as requested. So 12 Min over at this time.
I felt that he was busy with some other work and seemed busy and his voice was breaking.He again says you have all the required experience and will be a great fit for the team and will discuss with the internal team(1 Min).
Again the Interviewer says that he is in a hurry and has to catch up the flight and so he has to cut shorting the interview (1 Min) and apologizes fr not re-scheduling the interview.
The Call with the recruiter itself was for more that 30 min just so set up the interview after going over the resume & here the Hiring manager forgets about the interview and messes up by not hearing anything as he has to catch the flight.
Literally PATHETIC treatment.
